Hey comrades! I want to do my own custom AR build with my son. I'm pretty excited about it, but I know it's going to be a ton of research. I didn't realize we would need quite so many tools. Is there any tool kits online you'd recommend that are budget friendly but still quality? Or maybe some harbor freight tools?

Also, an old buddy of mine said that whatever I do, absolutely, DO NOT buy a kit from PSA. I haven't heard too much negativity online, but he said his friends bought PSA guns and they are absolute garbage. What are your opinions? PSA has some very affordable kits. I thought it would be a good idea to buy a kit first, build one, then down the road I could get into customizing things a bit more with another build. Thoughts?
