How would you run an ideal socialist country?

Lets say to get to run a country, how would it be? What would your stance be on enviromentalism, democracy, free speech, equality, worker rights, business, education, housing etc.
Edit: I was banned from this subreddit because I disagreed China was socialist. Sorry I cant comment on your posts.
