This is a very broad question but i was interested what people think about it, armchair political science incoming. I've noticed since 2014~2015 a lot of more centrist people online and off have been getting off of the fence and choosing either fascism or leftism due to the rise of alt-right leaders worldwide. This is probably just the lefty bubble i live in but I've noticed many generalized youtubers tranistioning to breadtube in a response to people like Donald Trump and other fascist apologists.
Hbomberguy, hannah and jake, creationist cat, I'd even be curious to see if breadtubers saw an uptick in their analytics after Trump fallout and left-wing 'recovery' or whatever you'd like to call it. I should probably clarify this by saying, yes I'm an anarcho-socialist generally speaking but i think liberals can be properly deprogrammed and convinced to leftist causes and of course it's always better to vote for the more left candidate even if they are still pretty right-wing like Joe Biden.
