From what I have been observing in history, even if the working class obtains power in a specific country ( USSR, Cuba, China, North Korea, Vietnam, etc), as long as the global economic system is centered around capitalism with the US maintaining free trade and corporate interests by military force and internal meddling in all nations via CIA, individual socialist countries donβt stand a chance.
At this point, the global economy is capitalist. Although the global South bears a lot of the negative effects of this, the working class of the global North are also being screwed. If both groups realize this and start to work towards developing a global network of revolutionaries, we might have a chance of really putting damage on the global system.
I am also observing the rise of Africa, which could be an epicenter of the global movement.
Either way, what do you guys think? Seemed like that was the plan all along with Marx but maybe now is the best time since capitalism now has reached its greatest extent across the world.
