I know this has been asked a lot but I can't seem to find what I am after, for a social media tool

So I have been trying different tools, and so far the ones ive tried are pretty great. And as I read this subreddit I see the same Pros and cons for pretty much them all. But I don't see one future mentioned in any of them, the one feature that I am looking for.
A good Hashtag generator or finder or something that tracks Hashtags that would create the best exposure. Anything out there like that?
