I have a social media management (and similar) background but have been asked to set up a CRM app for a small business owner. The app is Markate and it's for the service industry. He currently has 100 or so clients that will need to be integrated into the system. I assume this will be a client data base, scheduling, pricing, invoicing, emailing, perhaps also some employee payroll added to it... I have to talk with him today and I'm at a complete loss what I should tell him my rate is for this. Also should it be billed hourly or a flat rate? Any suggestions be very helpful, thanks!
