Hey,

I'm /u/almightywibble, a member of the Labour Party in /r/mhoir. We're looking both for new members of the party, and also for people who wish to vote in our General Election. /r/mhoir is an online simulation of the Dail Eireann; we currently have 5 parties, one communist, one republican, two conservative parties, and ourselves. One of the conservative parties currently looks to be the runaway winner of the election, and without your help, it'll stay that way.

In terms of joining us, it's actually pretty unique opportunity; currently, the party isn't particularly active, and other than a bare-bones, easily changable mission statement written by myself, we have no specifics in terms of ideology (although, of course, we are all social democrats). Irish Labour is effectively a blank slate, on which those of you who are interested can write whatever you wish.
