New coach, advice needed
Post Body

So I have recently started coaching and i’m looking for guidelines or advice on how i can get my players attention and get them to focus. and try hard in training sessions I coach a u14 team that’s 7v7 and a u12 that’s 9v9 and i’m having the same issues with both teams, where they don’t pass the ball well or even care enough to pass it well, most the kids don’t/cannot use the inside of the foot to pass the ball, they don’t know or understand how to player their positions and in games and even in training they are scared to get the ball and try to do something with it. Now there are a few who are very good with great understanding of the game and knows how to play their positions but their passing is weak and don’t use their bodies. So what can i do as their coach to improve them? what are some drills i could try with them?
