Hi all! So in the past couple months, I have been getting to the point that drinking just hasnāt been fun. Iām 35 yo female. The hangovers are not worth it anymore. I get migraines if I drink champagne/wine and mix it with damn vodka. Iāve been going to the gym and being sluggish the next day, feeling nauseous, etc doesnāt make my workouts fun. I have been running 5kās which have been DOPE but running sluggish, isnāt the move. I am used to being the āparty girlā but wow. I canāt anymore. I have also been microdosing with mushrooms which I think has been helping. I donāt take a lot because I donāt like the feeling of it, but probs .05.
So Iām saying so, Iām not afraid of losing friends. Iām not afraid to tell my friends ānoā to drinks. I am actually going out tonight and set a limit if I WERE to drink(1 drink, no shots).
Iām just happy to start this journey.
