A lot of fixing needs to be done, but how do I do it ??

I”ve been down the bottle for the last 2 years coupled with weed and disharmony from the abusive relationship that I’ve had with my stepmother. In this process I’ve hurt the feelings of my father and sisters that I regret everyday. I live in constant anger. My question is how do you fix all this chaos that you have caused ? I want to get back to them and have a loving relationship but I regret what I’ve done and feel embarrassed to go back to them. Any suggestions people of reddit ??
