How to counter Kanrak Assailant ?

As a Tec Enclave, the hard AI amassed 61 Kanrak Assailants that obliterated my army and starbase.

I've had a decent army too, I think. 3 capital ships (The AI also spammed capital ships. 9 of them in mid game), 35 Harcka cruisers, 30 Javalis, and 25 Percheron carriers.

I was absolutely decimated and I think the main reason is the Kanrak Assailants.

How can I counter this travesty?

Edit: I tried focusing my bombers on them, but ctrl right click doesn't make the bombers target them one by one. It instead separates them so each attacks the nearest KA next to them. And doing it manually is quite a chore.
