So, I don’t really know what I’m doing here, honestly. I have been up all night. And I was actually productive which is totally weird - I know. I decided to clean, basically my entire house and then go run errands before it got so ridiculously hot. I posted recently about my terrible birthday and shitty year. And it’s still been pretty shitty, but, I think that I kind of want some sort of companionship right now. I’m not looking for anything super serious, but I also don’t want a one time thing either (unless we both decide that we just aren’t feeling it since this is kind of short notice!)

First things first is that - Odin, my wonderful service dog will be coming with us as part of the reason (most of the reason for me) is because I really want to get some wonderful pictures of him in his vest for the fall to send completely overdue thank you cards to the wonderful redditors of r/RandomKindness who helped us out this summer with gear and food and other wonderful things. So, you must love dogs and especially working dogs. He is very sweet. He will definitely want some love from you when I allow it. If you would like to bring him something special like a treat, please ask me beforehand as I do monitor his diet a lot. But, I mean, if the way to a man’s heart is through his stomach - then the way to a girl’s heart is probably through her dog’s stomach - right? 😂

Things about me: I am a bartender. I used to run a kitchen. I really suck at grilling on actual grills, but give me a flat top or cast iron and I got that shit. Horror movies are my favorite - ghosts first, occult second, zombies third. Serial killers and mass murders also interest me. I love religions and spirituality. I studied religion in college for a little bit as well as law and forensics. I love learning and I love reading. I sing karaoke and it’s one of my favorite things to do. If you love country and rap, you’ll love me. I don’t drink and I do not smoke pot (though I don’t mind if you do as long as you don’t get truly intoxicated- I think it’s trashy if you get trashed on a first meeting). I do smoke cigarettes and I’m a chain smoker, so if that bothers you, I’m sorry. I’m letting you know ahead of time. I’m two classes away from my AA and I was set to transfer to a college in LA, but after taking a vacation there and hitting access issues with Odin every day, I realized that that just isn’t the place for us, so now, I’m kind of not sure where I’ll end up. I’m an American Sign Language interpreting student who wants to specialize in medical. If you have a dog, feel free to bring them too. I know that at least one of the areas in Oak Glen is dog friendly, though I’m sure it’ll be too hot for us to hike. I don’t mind driving if you don’t mind meeting me. I would prefer tomorrow morning - though, I know it’s short notice, as I think I work a weird schedule this week and I know most people aren’t off during the week.

Anyways, I’m rambling.

I will post a few photos of Odin and I. Odin just turned two last month on the 12th and that is him with his special cake at the beach (which is his favorite place to go).
