So this won’t be my usual post like other weeks, full of wit and intellectual words that will make your college professor look like a pre school teacher. No, this is a more serious post that concerns safety for oneself.

A couple days ago, my friend asks me to call him, so I give him a call. He tells me that he came across a woman that he hooked up with a couple years ago, now I remember this because I drove him to meet her that afternoon. He continues to tell me that the woman didn’t remember him well and that she now suffers from PTSD, and has memory problems after going to meet someone and getting sexual assaulted and beaten by a group of men.

We all know why some of us are on here, it’s no secret. But even thou we all seem to enter a unspoken agreement, it’s still a dangerous world for both men and women. Even in today’s time.

Remember to be cautious of who you are talking to, verify who that person is and don’t just jump into something right away. Share where you will be at with a friend or two, put on that location finder, and if something doesn’t feel right then it’s probably not. Don’t take any drinks or food that you didn’t bring or order, there are still assholes out there that spike drinks and take advantage. Ask to meet someone in public, online is one thing but once you meet someone you get a better picture of them. Don’t go to someone’s house or invite someone over! Get a room, even if you have to pay for half. Lots of hotels have cameras and keep track of guest check ins.

I know we can all get all horned up and we are all seeking a good fuck, but it’s still important to use common sense and intelligence when dealing with sex. Never risk your health and safety for anyone, cause no one is gonna look out better for you, than yourself.
