Let's keep each other accountable for our fitness goals! Just as the post says, must be into fitness and open to sharing our journeys together. Ideally we will message daily about our workout plans, meal plans (if you're dieting at the same time), and of course gains! Im a 31yo white male and have been working out religiously since 2023, however im just now beginning my creatine journey. Currently around 185lb at 6', although looking to continue to bulk up.
Not necessarily picky on age, location, or ethnicity as long as you are dedicated to your fitness goals. If this sounds like you then hmu!
