My daughter (20f) and I (46f) are looking for roommates in Southern California. We live in a nice 3BR, 2BA house with a yard and a pool. It's a perfect spot with great views.
Unfortunately, my recent mortgage terms mean I can't afford it on my own. So suddenly we are on the hunt for a chill, clean, open minded roommate! Please be easy to get along with and gainfully employed. We are not picky about the rest!
A little about us:
- Daughter is in college, athletic, and outdoorsy. She's only around about half time due to her class and work schedule. She's fun, funny, and likes movies and junk food
- Mom works in education full time and photography part time. She's divorced and spends her free time (what free time?) relaxing by the pool and reading. She's a healthy eater and has recently gotten into making smoothies!
