I mean it!

I'm not looking for a FWB or a one night stand situation. I'm hoping for something more genuine and long-lasting, a partner to call mine! I know not all meetings are meant to be romantic, so I'd be interested in starting off as friends and seeing where things go!

A little about me: I'm a 5'3" East Asian woman who works part-time as a waitress and full-time as an artist. I'm of average weight and currently working to slim down as part of my New Year's resolution! I have a heavy interest in nerd culture, including all things video games, board games, anime, and DnD. I write a lot in my free time, and enjoy introverted activities like painting miniatures and cooking in the comforts of home. That isn't to say I don't enjoy extroverted activities, too! Though I won't be naturally inclined to choose to do so in my free time, I also enjoy going out with the right company. However, raves, music festivals, and parties are most definitely not my scene. I would much prefer art museums, anime conventions, and quaint, card game shops.

My love languages are physical touch, acts of service, and words of affirmation. I do value my own privacy and don't thrive in a relationship where we have to be with each other 24/7. I'm very self-assured and not clingy. My best friends say I have "gray tabby cat" or "hamster" energy! I also have been in one long-term relationship in my past.

You will be meeting me at a stage in my life where I'm healing from a physically abusive relationship and depression, but that's my burden to hash out, and I don't expect my future partner to be a therapist. I'm in a weird transitional period in my life where I'm working on loving myself and doing better in all areas of my life! I have long-term goals, and while I do not have a professional career or big assets of my own, I'm working hard to make it in this capitalist hellhole! I hope you can be there to see me thrive!

A few odd and interesting facts about me:

• I can usually recreate any dish I taste in restaurants! I kind of make it a hobby at this point
• I have spent an embarrassing amount of money on League of Legends skins
• I have a steadily growing collection of anime figures
• I'm a mom and grandma rizzer, especially if they're Asian. I don't know how I do it, but old women like me a lot
• You can't be kinkier than me. I've written so much gay fanfiction that would send me straight to the depths of hell
• I would consider myself humorous, with some critical punchlines
• I don't use any social media (no Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, Tiktok) besides Discord

As for what I'm searching for in a partner:

• 23-40 years old
• Physically, someone taller than me (5'3") and not obese (or at the very least making active progress towards being healthy)
• All races welcome, but just be ready to eat a lot of Korean food
• Somewhat traditional with a good set of morals and values. Family-oriented, with long-term plans for marriage and rearing a family in the future! I just wanna be a cute housewife 🥺
• Non-smoker and occasional drinker. Drug, disease-free.
• Likes nerdy culture! I have a soft spot for nerds who are into video games, anime, DnD, and board games just as I am
• Ambitious and goal-oriented, even if you may not be where you want to be right now
• Kind and compassionate. If you're genuinely a good person who's got a good heart and a love for life, you have my whole ass and heart. I lose my freaking mind over chivalrous and courteous gestures.
• Has a Discord. I don't text on my phone or have a KiK, or Telegram, or Snapchat, or... whatever else people use these days that's not Discord.
• Not going to play games (besides video games). I'm too old to be beating around the bush, so I won't engage in drama or the "play hard-to-get" games. Be communicative and clear with what you want.
