Supplemental COVID hours? Do they refill?

Hello,
Does anyone know if the 80 hours of supplemental covid pay regenerate? I took 80 hours because I was exposed quarantined for 2 weeks.but came back negative. If I end up positive does that mean I won’t get paid? Anyone experience something like this or know what happens?
