To start off, I'm in the US. I got really tired of smoking a pack of Camel Filters a day and now that I'm not working due to the virus theres nothing else to do besides smoke and keep busy. Not to mention I quit drinkin booze so my nicotine habit has increased to cope a little bit. But I digress.
Decided to dip my toes in and test the water and bought Camel Snus a try. The frost stuff. It was okay and did it's best to curb the cravings but I felt like something was missing. Like how road workers fill a huge pothole by making a mountain of asphalt for you to avoid. It did enough to keep me interested but I couldn't see it being a permanent solution. So i found out about General.
I drove around for 40 mins looking for this shit since I heard it's leagues better than Camel. I bought the Wintergreen, Mint, and Original White, all the General snus flavors the had available. I was really hesitant to try because I was scared of disappointment but shit, even if it's a little better than the Camel stuff, I'll be happy. Threw in a portion of the wintergreen and man, this stuff is pretty damn good! Happy as hell with it and am really glad I can throw away the Camel snus. Yall were right haha.
Quick question, do some brands have stronger flavor profiles than others? Like in terms of potency? I was thinking of getting Jakobssons but some say theres too much flavor and others say it's a perfect amount. Should I try the white portions instead? I dont know what to expect and ordering online is expensive/a gamble. I feel like if I was able to tolerate the so-called fake, chemical sweetness of Camel snus then I have a decent chance of tolerating swedish flavor strength. Am I rambling? I think I'm rambling.
