Does the General Harvest OP seem extra dry?

I haven't ordered the GH OP since late 2021 but I don't recall it being so dry? There's barely any moisture and the flavor is more dry/harsh then anything. Photo shows it next to a can of grov. I got a roll of it but already struggling to go through this can. The made/best by dates are March 20th and August 7th compared to the grov may 2nd and September 19th. The ettan I got was May 30th and 18th of October. I just ordered last week. Anyway, just wondering if anyone else ordered any recently and what they thought before I reach out to the vendor. Thanks
