We have a now 9 week old and are renting the snoo. We've had it for about a week and baby hasn't slept for longer than an hour in it, usually around 40 min. We have been co-sleeping since birth bc nothing else has really worked so far, but I'm so worried every night that something will happen that we finally caved and rented the snoo. Anyone have any luck adjusting with an older baby to it?
Glad to know there is hope! How did your baby sleep before the snoo? And that's a good idea, never thought to get those monitors when cosleeping, but it seems obvious now.
Yeah definitely whatever sleep we do get in there, I'm just glad he's in a safe space.
Thank you for giving me so much detail about what's been working for you. I used to try the heating pad with his other bassinet, but didn't think to try it with the snoo. I also have been manually adjusting the levels bc baby is pretty silent at first and just tried to squirm around when he starts waking up and the snoo doesn't pick up on it. I'm a little afraid of level 2 though and just keep him on baseline and level 1. I sort of assume if level one can't soothe him then there's no point in going higher, but maybe I should try to have more faith in the process?
Yeah we tried the love to dream swaddle with it as well but to no avail
How long have you had it? Good luck to you too!

So happy for you! I would be so glad to get even a four or five hour stretch, I'm not even allowing myself the dream of a full night's sleep 😂
