Wanting some tips or advice on my profile

I frequently get left on read or people flake out/block me after chatting about meeting up. I was wondering if there was anything about my profile that is turning people off and away from meeting with me. And maybe some tips on how to better initiate conversations with guys? That's where I think I have the most problems. Although, I have been told that the area I live in is just a flakey city/metro area in general by a couple guys separately. I'm in the KCMO area. Thanks guys!
