My AJ1 Track Reds came with the wrong shoe size in the box

So I won a pair of Track Reds in US 10.5 from sns but I got the wrong shoe size, 10. The box says that they are US 10.5 but on the tags on the shoes someone has drawn on a .5 at the end of 10 and i compared them to my shadows that are US 10 and they are identical. So someone has probably switched out the shoes.
What can I do? I'm going to call sns tomorrow but is there anything else i can do?
