Anything I can do to fix this suede problem?

bought some 2015 jordan 6 chrome lows from GOAT, they were listed as new, yeah I know they're 8 years old.

Suede is super brittle and straight rubbing completely off with any little rub, or scuff, used my finger to rub off some little dirt and it's just falling out.

Bought these shoes just for a beach trip I had, so when I got them I looked at em, never thought to check and see if the suede is completely falling out, so I'm past the 3 day mark for returning to GOAT, I emailed em about it and they basically told me to piss off.

So anyone know anything I can do to fix/or stop the suede from coming off completely?

Pics attached, this is what they look like after two days of wear.
