Hi all, I am new to Sneak, it has been recommended by friends and I finally got my starter pack, but I am not going to be using them conventionally.
I mostly game of the evening and I do not want to be high on caffeine when I am trying to sleep, I got the starter pack, and I am going to use them as a Gym pre workout, I have heard through reviews and Youtubers that it's actually better than their normal pre workouts.
Problem is, pre-workouts normally take about 20 minutes to actually give you the long burst of energy to aid you with your workout.
I cant seem to find any information on how long it takes to work it's way through your system and give you that hit.
Does anybody have any insight for me?
