Snapchat crashing over and over

Hi guys every time i open snapchat it crashes/closes the app completely about every 10 seconds. it’s the 13.7.0.46 version right now and has no available updates. i redownload the app, singed out, swiped out, restarted my iphone. pls help i can’t clear cache because it restarts every 10 seconds. is it my iphone or my snapchat?
