Chicken liver is my absolute favorite "health" food as it is one of the ultimate superfoods in terms of micros and macros.
My go to:
4-6oz raw chicken liver 1/2 tsp lemon juice Honey for taste 1/4 cup Greek yogurt 6-10 strawberries 1/2 cup blueberries 3 cups oat milk 2 raw eggs
Blend everything but the eggs, then add the eggs and pulse rather than blend into the mix.
It tastes a little irony, but the fruit and honey yogurt hide the typical liver taste and texture for those who dont like eating it.
Any other ideas for liver in smoothies?
