food/liquid/ice ratios?
Post Body

i usually use 1 banana, blueberries, mango, spinach, milk, water, 16-20 ice cubes. what are your food/liquid/ice ratios? thanks. also, what can i use to make them "creamier" or "smoothier"?

Comments

I recommend adding 1/2 cup liquid for a smoother, thicker smoothie or 1 cup for more liquidy smoothie. It'll still be smooth and creamy with 1 banana. I also would recommend adding a 1 handful (roughly 1 cup) spinach, frozen banana (sliced in 5 parts and freeze), freeze mango chunks and blueberries and only 4-5 ice cubes. I follow this guide for ratios.
