I’m thinking of just returning my juicer for a blinder since I don’t like owning many things.
I can juice and take off oxygen from the jar, and store the juices for daily consumption but then, do I really need that much of nutrients?
Is it not going to harm to have green juices daily while also eating vegan rich foods full of vegetable, and plant based recipes!?
I’m just trying to decide whether I really need the J2 or not. I do not intend to do any fruit juices with it as it’s just sugar for me.
I would return it! Juicing removes the fiber and instead you are left a spike in sugar levels. You can make a juice using a blender while still maintaining the fiber.
