Hi all,
The Beach Bum from Tropical Smoothie Cafe is my wife's favorite smoothie but I told her I could recreate it for her at home to make it healthier. I was thinking maybe adding 1/2 oats and 1/3 cup of greek yogurt to get some protein in there. She tried some protein powders but cannot get over the aftertaste, Thoughts? Thanks! You could try dropping the sugar and substituting the white chocolate for a vanilla-flavoured protein powder. Have you tried flavoured ones? I’ve heard good things (taste-wise) about Quest proteins, and they have a vanilla milkshake flavour that might work. You could also try a frozen yogurt in a white chocolate flavour instead of the sugar and chocolate.
