Looking for help: I am brand new to smoking meats, never done it before myself. I have a general knowledge of how it works having helped friends in the past, but that’s it.
I was recently gifted at 15-20 pound brisket. The thing is massive and I plan on smoking it for my upcoming Friendsgiving. I am using an electric smoker with temp control and have access to hickory pellets that I plan on using. I’d love some steps/how to/help/advice/rubs/tips etc…
Whatever your knowledge may be that could help me would be seriously appreciated. I’ve probably bitten off more than I can chew (pun intended) but it should be fun. Thanks!!!
