Best way to get S&W Help? Response 9mm...defective magazine well, missing pieces, denied rebate

Really regretting my Response 9mm purchase. Haven't even fired it yet. The magazine well lever keeps getting stuck not allowing another magazine to be inserted. It was missing some grip adapters. And they denied my rebate claim for the free optics.

- Magazine Well they're insisting I mail the defective one, but who has a small box laying around?

- Grip adapter the CSR seems to have no idea what I'm talking about even with pics.

- Free optic...my serial is not on the list. Nothing can be done.

Feels a bit "off" for a USA company like I'm falling through the cracks with such a bad experience. Anyone know how I can get some better help from S&W?
