Coming from a match where Thor kept telling people to report me for not getting kills. Thanks Athena for defending me I guess rip

Alright, so I have Perse at mastery 10 and love playing her BUT this all happened in Arena. I've been playing Conquest with her in Mid or Solo for some months now, with varying results. Sometimes I'd get a good amount of kills and assists, sometimes not really.

Does anyone have a good build for her? Or general tips on how to play Perse in Conquest?

Note: I did actually ask the Thor guy to give me tips on what items to get then, but he just kept spamming "report Perse" in chat. Dunno if it matters, but in this last match my Mid lane went down last, and I only had 5 deaths; people kept pushing Duo lane and my rotation always seemed to come in too late to help.
