Suggestion: Give Hel Light 1 the same ally targeting as Aphrodite

Allies juke this fucking heal so hard even when enemies aren't around. Aphrodite, if you're aiming your 1 at an ally, it's guaranteed to hit even if they move.
As of right now, hel 1 is very unreliable to hit on demand outside combat because people are assholes. It's much easier to make this more consistent than to expect everybody to stand still or move predictably
