Is all of console Smite filled with disconnects, or is it just my internet?

My internet runs at a steady 400 download yet smite consistently disconnects me from a game without lagging me out of the Xbox party. It even happens at my brother’s house who has google fiber. I’m constantly getting deserter penalties, and frankly, since I’ve come back I’ve spent more time waiting o this game then playing.
