Every single skin available????

So far its happened twice now. Last night i selected Hercules and i had the option to select any skin i want as if i had all od them unlocked, played another game ad hercules after that and only had his default skin. Just played a game now and selected kukulkan, and, same thing. Had every skin available (obviously went with the dragon doggo skin). Is this a glitch? Has this happened to anyone else? Or am i just lucky/missing something here?
