When i first started playing smite, i never wanted to try playing support. They receive so much shit from their team. Also i like to go in, do a lot of damage while striking fear in my enemies hearts. What a support does is go in a tank damage and doing so much cc While spamming VEL. Then i actually tried support, and in my opinion its really easy and fun. You might be behind in gold compared to your team, but initiating and tanking is so much fun. I play old man atop a tree(Slyvanus) and hitting your pulls is so much more satisfying than getting a kill. So what i have to say is don't stray away from playing support just because you aren't getting getting kills. Support is the support beams (VEL no pun intended) of the team.
