New Way of Dealing with Deserters/Disconnects

So, it really annoys me how Smite handles deserters. You just get 30 minutes of no play time, and it increases every time you leave a match again within a 24-hour period. The thing is, this is really bad. You can literally leave one game because you were feeding, wait the 30 minutes, and do the same thing 24 hours later.

This is really bad.

The other issue is people who don't load into the game and that team is left at a disadvantage. This gets really repetitive and decreases your Smite experience.

To fix both issues, please implement something so that team doesn't have to deal with a loss that wasn't their fault. For example, Dota 2. Dota 2, unlike smite, actually cancels a match when everyone doesn't load into the game after a certain amount of time. Also, Dota 2 allows everyone in the match to leave if someone disconnects. I love their system and I love Smite, so please implement something like this or something better.
