Why isn't there a physical equivalent to Spear of Magus?

I was thinking about it today. There are at least 12 physical gods that have DOT abilities that could greatly benefit from an item like Spear of Magus. Magical gods have an Executioner equivalent so why don't physical gods have an ability penetration item?
