Looking for budget phone with good camera.

Upgrading from my ancient Google Nexus 4 (the shame. If its not broke dont fix it I guess, well its broke now) main feature is high quality camera and is unlocked. Upper range of my budget is 300$. I'm In east coast US
Two phones that I think are my best bets are Samsung Galaxy A32 4g version & OnePlus Nord 10 .
Any suggestions?
