How to transfer to new ownership?

Hi! Im renting my house with lots of devices running under my personal smartthings account. The renter is interested in keeping añl fubctionality but I would like to transfer everything under his account without needing to reinstall and reprogramming everything.

Is it possible to change this?

What about after a breakup though and it's amicable and he's willing to transfer the ownership to me but now I have to deal with it? We broke up years ago and we still shared smart things because it's a nightmare transfer and he doesn't even live here.
