Took my car to Mercedes because it will sometimes act weird when shifting or itll clunk into reverse.

FREAKING MERCEDES SAYS THE CAR IS ACTING COMPLETELY NORMAL! Why does my freaking car have to make me seem crazy (its working perfectly fine for them) but litteraly 2 weeks ago I went to put it into reverse and it just stayed in natural and was making clicking sounds.
