Likelihood of Small Claims Court?

I used to work out at a gym with no business license. I always used to venmo them monthly for membership. I moved to Florida and never told them and now they want 90$ for two months of membership dues. Small claims court costs 95$ in my state just to file a claim and they do not have a business license what is the likelihood we end up there? Wouldn't it be more trouble than it's worth for them? I could also rat them out to the state licensing board as well.
