Amber valley not finished (possible bug)

Hello just checking in I played as far in the story I can in amber valley but once I get the scorpion food for the guy that sells the hand cannon (sorry forgot his name) he won't give me any more information on the defenses of the final boss and the game says content unavailable. Is my game bugged or are we still waiting for the next segment
