Is There A Proper Time to Upload?

I always have my videos scheduled to be uploaded in the early hours of my time zone (PST; between either 7 AM to 9 AM), and while I don't expect to get a surplus of views, I notice that some of my videos gain more views if timed for around 9:30 AM than a video posted around 7:45 AM. Is this just coincidental and I am looking too into this or does it actually matter the time a video is posted?
