I doubt anybody will know or recognize me, but I thought I’d write this anyway. I’ll try not to ramble. LoneTAWolf. Recognize that username? Maybe? Probably not? Years ago I used to stream every day on Twitch and upload to YouTube maybe once or twice a week. I had nearly 50 followers and 100 subs on Twitch and YouTube, respectively, and had some awesome regulars. I used to mainly play Destiny. Top one percent in PvP, aggressive sniper setup. Hunter main. You might’ve heard of my quickscopes, pubstomping, throwing knife plays, and occasional Trials of Osiris carrying. Used to make montages, but nothing too special. I used to play “sweats” for a while too but stopped because the sweat community back in Year 1 was terribly toxic. I was also featured in several Top 5’s on YouTube by other YouTubers.
Long story short, in 2015 my life started to fall apart, and by the beginning of 2017 I’d lost everything. My dream job, my then girlfriend, my life savings, everything. I’d sunk into a very, very deep depression, and, for some reason, I decided to delete my Twitch channel and a bunch of videos off YouTube. I’d given up hope on life and myself. I had nothing, and then I found out I was very unexpectedly going to become a dad. Everything was a mind-numbing blur at that point.
Fast forward a few years to present day and I’m doing better. I have a job, money in the bank, no debt, getting somewhat decent healthcare for health issues stemming from the military, and I’m fighting a battle to be a bigger part of my child’s life. Life is stressful, especially as a single father, but I’m trudging ahead and trying to stay positive. Video games have always been a go to for me, and recently I’ve turned back to them. They’re enjoyable, stress-relieving, and I never seem to get bored of them. Streaming used to be super enjoyable to me too, and I think I want to get back into it. It was so fun interacting with people, and I could see myself doing it all day without getting bored.
I want to revive my channels. Today I’ll be streaming for the first time in a long time, and I’ll be getting back into Destiny 2. I’m mainly a solo player, but it would be cool to find some people to play with, whether that’s in the Crucible or doing some raids. A clan would be awesome too. If anybody on here recognizes me from years ago, wants to play with me, thinks I’d be cool to play with, or even wants to grow channels together, feel free to stop by my channel or send me a friend request on XBL. My gamertag is: LoneWolfLIVE. My YouTube and Twitch channels have the same username if you wanna drop a follow too.
Thanks, guys. Sorry for the sob story, but oh well. Hope to see you around:] My Twitch Channel
