Hello everyone,
I'm looking for some advice. Currently looking to get my business off the ground. I have incorporated for better or for worse, gone to a lawyer, and had them put together articles and minute book together. At this point, I have a corporation, hst/gst number minute book and corporate seal. This is where the questions come in.
I need to open a bank account, and wondering what the best way to do this is.
Also funding the company. It's going to start out as equipment sales and rentals. Looking to do some R&D as well. I have some money, I will use to start up, and have some products already. ( personally bought, how do, I sell these to the company for resale?)
Is there anything else I should be looking into to get setup?
Any other advice would be amazing. I didn't not grow up around entrepreneurs and am lacking in that mentorship. I'm a very hard worker, with some great ideas. I would love some help to get off the ground.
