Hello everyone,

I'm looking for some advice. Currently looking to get my business off the ground. I have incorporated for better or for worse, gone to a lawyer, and had them put together articles and minute book together. At this point, I have a corporation, hst/gst number minute book and corporate seal. This is where the questions come in. 

1. I need to open a bank account, and wondering what the best way to do this is.

2. Also funding the company. It's going to start out as equipment sales and rentals. Looking to do some R&D as well. I have some money, I will use to start up, and have some products already. ( personally bought, how do, I sell these to the company for resale?)

3. Is there anything else I should be looking into to get setup?

4. Any other advice would be amazing. I didn't not grow up around entrepreneurs and am lacking in that mentorship. I'm a very hard worker, with some great ideas. I would love some help to get off the ground.
