My uncle is responsible for introducing me to lifting as well as to women(15yo and 16yo respectively). He is by no means a personal trainer but back then he showed me the ropes regarding diet, exercise, and sleep(I ended up studying and working as a trainer but we share fitness ideas and lift here and there).

When I turned 16, he took it upon himself to introduce me to flirting and bedding women(I can tell you the story through dms I guess but that's up to whoever's interested). You could say that I have and am modeling my life after his: being a bachelor(he's currently in his early 40's) that's financially secure, physically fit, and sexually active.
