About 3.5 years ago me and my family moved to a new city, we live is a quite close-knit community suburb like a cul de sac or dead end street. We (my family) have been friends with the 20 year olds family since we moved, they helped us move in and we have spent time most holidays together and our two families have become really close. I have always thought the neighbours son was a handsome young man but never had THOSE kind of feelings towards him, if anything it was the mum and dad I had those feelings for.

Well over the last week those feelings towards the son kept growing bigger and bigger started to get flirty in person and over text and he started to send me Goodnight and good morning texts and started to hang out out at my place during the day wearing very little. I'm meaning shorts and a singlet or just shorts. We both started to take more notice of each other's bodies and would hug for a lot longer.

It all came to a head the other day when he came over while his parents were at work, my husband was at work and the kids were at school. He walked in like he had the last week or so but this time he was wearing his work out stuff as he had just finished a long run. He sat at the table and asked if we had any powerade or Gatorade. I passed him a cold bottle from the fridge as I turned to walk back to the kitchen I felt him slap and grab my ass. I turned and yelled at him and told him to not do that. But he stood up and looked down at me (I'm only 5ft3. He is 6ft6) and said in a deep voice "why not? You have a fucking amazing ass. Why can't I grab it? You were fine with me grabbing it when we hug goodbye" I tried to explain that was a mistake and that he is the neighbours son. After like 5 minutes he grabbed my head and just kissed me and I gave up trying to fight and we ended up fucking in basically every room in the house and have been sexting and fucking every day since then. He is so dominant I love it.
