So my company recently went through it's annual bonus review (I live in Australia and end of the financial year is June). Unfortunately due to the type of contract I'm on I wasn't eligible for the 10% bonus most other people got. In a meeting with my boss I said this seemed pretty unfair as I'd worked harder than most. He said not much he could do so I thought that was that. Fast forward to last week and it's a colleagues leaving drinks. Me and my boss are both there and after a few drinks I get confident and crack a joke around I'd buy him a drink but I have no money because I didn't get my bonus. He said that's not his fault I didn't fight harder for it. When I pressed him on what that meant he said all managers have the ability to award bonuses for excellent performance regardless of contract terms. Well as you can imagine this put me into full determination to get that bonus. Around an hour later we were in the disabled toilets with me on my knees licking the last of his cum from my lips.
