Post Body

The rain came down in sheets as I sprinted for cover under a park pavilion, water dripping from my hair and jacket. I thought I was alone until I heard a soft chuckle from the corner.

"Looks like we both had the same idea," a man said, his voice warm and teasing.

I turned to see him leaning against a pillar, shaking raindrops from his jacket. His wet shirt clung to his chest, and his dark eyes gleamed with amusement.

"Guess so," I replied, shivering slightly.

He moved closer, pulling off his jacket and draping it over my shoulders. "You look like you need this more than I do."

"Thanks," I murmured, trying not to blush at the way his hands lingered on my shoulders.

The rain thundered on the pavilion roof, creating an oddly intimate atmosphere. We talked, our conversation easy and natural despite the situation.

At some point, he stepped closer, his hand brushing a strand of wet hair from my face. "You know," he said softly, "thereโ€™s something magical about meeting like this."

Before I could respond, his lips were on mine, warm and firm despite the chill of the rain. His arms wrapped around me, pulling me closer as the storm raged around us.

For a moment, the world disappeared, leaving only the heat of his touch and the sound of our breaths mingling in the rain.
